After I raised pertinent questions pertaining the source and the authenticity of the alleged free semen, being distributed in Nandi county through Chalan Foundation, some fickle attempts have been made in bid to certify the said semen.
But a critical look at the purported AI certificates reveals stark discrepancies. For the sake of clarity, those are NOT certificates they are RECEIPTS, (payback time will come later)
The said "certificates"DO NOT bear the SEAL of Chalan Foundation. The filing of the alleged certificates again leaves a lot to be desired.

Further investigations and inquiries, into the source of these free semen pulls the name of Benadette Tiony Misoi, (an aspiring women Rep) of some sorts into the saga. When I pressed hard on Felix Koskei henchmen, they pointed at her as having the knowledge of the source!! It is worth noting that Dr. Tiony is an authority in veterinary, together with Geoffrey Muttai, former MD at KEVEVAPI and a bossom friend to Felix Koskei . Were then the semen acquired illegally with the knowledge of the two?
Is development so sweet, that we have to auction our destiny at a cost of free semen?
