NIS has denied authoring a report that has been filed before the tribunal investigating embattled Supreme Court judge Philip Tunoi.
In a letter produced by lead counsel Paul Nyamodi, the National Intelligence Service denies responsibility for the report.
The five-page report documents communication between journalist Geofrey Kiplagat on behalf of Tunoi, and Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero's handlers to facilitate the alleged Sh200 million bribe.

Although it was not signed, the report was used by the Judicial Service Commission as part of its evidence to recommend a probe into Tunoi’s conduct.
It was tabled before the JSC by judiciary ombudsman Kennedy Bidali.
It showed details of phone calls, including timings, and text messages allegedly exchanged between the judge and his accuser Geoffrey Kiplagat.
Tunoi threatened to go to court to force NIS to admit or deny the document.
The suspended judge is accused of receiving a bribe from Kidero to deliver a favourable ruling in a petition challenging the Governor's election.
The petition was filed by Kabete MP Ferdinand Waititu, who had also vied for Nairobi governor.
The accusations against the judge were made by Kiplagat, who claimed to have been a go-between.
